GIFT GUIDE: For the Host.

The holidays are just around the corner and I’m finishing up gift guides for all your needs, and mine! These are my mental notes on things I will be gifting this holiday season.

Since parties and get together are starting, I figured a host gift guide would be the best place to start. It’s always a good idea to show up with something special for the person or people that are hosting. I love personalized gifts like a bottle of their favorite wine but sometimes you want to take it up a notch around the holidays and give something a little bit more special. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite items to gift.

GLAZE STUDIO “u” candle (shop more candles here) / TOM DIXON espresso cups + French press (shop more Tom Dixon here) / ASSOULINE Tuscany Marvel (shop more coffee table books here) / GEORG JENSEN stainless steel wine decanter with funnel (shop more Georg Jensen here) / AESOP room spray (shop more Aesop here) / DIPTYQUE feu de bois candle (shop more Diptyque here) / FLAMINGO ESTATE olive oil and blackberry vinegar set (shop more Flamingo Estate here)

I love this candle by Glaze Studio. So unique and such a beautiful piece to gift. It’s like a work of art and a gorgeous centerpiece for a special holiday dinner. They recently came out with a black candle that’s just a little bit more romantic - I love!

These Tom Dixon pieces are so timeless and chic. I love the espresso cups. A perfect way for your host(s) to elevate their morning along with the French Press. Imagine pouring yourself coffee from this when you visit? See it’s great for the both of you! haha you also can’t go wrong with a wine decanter. This one is beautiful and classic with touch of modern design in the stainless steel details.

These other two goodies are also items you can’t go wrong with! A beautiful room spray and a candle. Love a seasonal scent so they can be used right away. Love this one from Aesop, it’s notes are pink pepper with tobacco and rose - and this candle is one of my absolute favorites. Smells like a warm fire with the most perfect notes of burning wood, so familiar and yet so special.

Lastly, something for a host that enjoys their ingredients. This special duo from my latest obsession, Flamingo Estate. “The Dinner Table essentials”, perfect for everything from salad dressings to sauces or enjoyed with a beautifully loaf of bread.

If you’d like to skip dealing with deliveries and such other great options are picking up goodies from the local farmers markets and supporting your community. Honeys, jams, flowers, wine, or even better - a basket full of all of these!

What will you be gifting this season to your wonderful hosts or are you hosting this year? Don’t forget to be safe while enjoying this holiday season.

Xx
