STYLE: Holiday Style
I love any excuse to dress up and the holidays are no different. I’m a sucker for dresses with beautiful details like puffy sleeves or in a rich velvet fabric. I’ve curated a little collection of some great pieces for your holiday season, even if you’re just staying home - it’s a great excuse to put on something beautiful.
Recently discovered designer Kika Vargas (Shop Kika Vargas pieces here). Her work is really beautiful and I love how feminine it is. Self Portrait made this gorgeous burnt orange colored dress I can’t stop thinking about. I think it could work so well on most skin tones, mine is a bit olive so I’m debating if this would clash a little with my skin but ugh it’s so good (shop Self Portrait dresses here). Love the Veronica Beard dress I linked above. It’s just easy but perfectly feminine with the high neck and tiered babydoll design. This dress is so good for Thanksgiving or a Christmas party (shop more Veronica Beard here).
Reformation makes some amazing holiday dresses. I could truly see myself wearing all the ones I’ve shown above and on multiple occasions. I feel like they have been better about making more classic styles that can be worn a lot. I wish I could buy them all and just wear throughout this holiday season but I’ll have to settle on just one I guess!
Clearly I’m loving a dramatic sleeve this season. I’ve been wearing this dress from Brochu Walker a ton and I think this is where my sleeve obsession began. (I have a code for them if you’re interested in any of their pieces but this dress has been a dream! Use code MINDYKOENIGSFELD15 at checkout!)
Do you dress up for the holidays or would you rather be cozy in sweaters and sweats or jeans? Let me know in the comments.
Xx
