NYFW FALL 2017 - favorite looks, favorite designers

THE ROW

THOM BROWNE

CALVIN KLEIN

ULLA JOHNSON

Lots of great collections this year at New York Fashion week. Designers that are always stand outs like Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen for THE ROW  never disappoint - as well as the anticipated ready-to-wear collection by former Dior Creative Direction Raf Simons "newly" appointed to Calvin Klein. Not new to the runway are Thom Browne or Ulla Johnson but their looks really stood out to me this season - thought I would share some of my favorite looks. These could all be my uniforms if I'm being honest. Imagine waltzing into work wearing one of those fur robe coats from The Row paired with those amazing Ulla Johnson pointed toe slides? A dream! *le sigh*

Next up -----> London, Milan, and Paris(!).

Trend Report: Victorian Romance - Spring 2016

High necklines, cinched waists, and every bit of stunning details for these romantic looks inspired by the Victorian era...

So soft and elegant - these pieces just floated down the runways. I love the very minimal makeup and simple hair - rosy cheeks with a soft pink lip. This romantic Victorian trend is definitely my favorite for Spring 2016.

Balenciaga from the back...

As we say 'au revoir' to our beloved Alexander Wang as head designer at Balenciaga, we knew to only expect him to go out with a bang. Creating and showing a very beautiful Spring Collection with plenty of perfect white details and some stunning looks from front to back. I mean, Wang clearly knows how to turn heads....
